The Coaching World Wants to Optimize You.
This Work Wants to Wake You Up.
For those who have done the foundational work — in therapy, in spiritual practice, in yoga or other paths — and are ready for what comes next.
This wayfinding work leaves behind "success" and "life" coaching that largely teaches you to conform to capitalism. Instead, we open the door to genuine spiritual power, to world-and the lived awareness of yourself as a multi-dimensional being of consciousness.
This work is for people ready to bring that awareness into form, and into service.
What This Work Is
Consciousness Coaching is Brenton's synthesis of yogic philosophy, western esoteric practice, and practical inner mind navigation, brought to bear on the specific questions, patterns, and possibilities alive in your life right now.
The through-line is always the same: learning to read the intelligence that is already moving through your body, soul, and life, and developing real agency in how you respond to it.
This is ongoing navigational work for those ready to build a deliberate, awakened inner life, and channel what they find there outward into the world.

How Sessions Move
Sessions draw from whatever the work requires:
Magical and yogic frameworks
Inner plane journeying and somatic inquiry
Ritual design and execution
Aspects of Gene keys, Human Design, and contemplative astrology
Dream work and shadow navigation
Other ethical, traditional interventions that bring the practical application of metaphysical principles into how you actually live.
There is no fixed curriculum. The map is built from where you actually are.
The Arc of the Work
Over six to seven months, the work moves through six modules. Two sessions per module, roughly two sessions a month. The sequence is designed, but the pace and depth within d one follows you.
1. Painting Vision
We begin with the largest version of yourself and your life you can honestly imagine. Not as an abstraction, but as a sensory reality: what does it feel like? What does your heart most want to offer? This is an exploration of dharma, of heart-crown alignment, and of soul-essence beyond ego.
2. Clarifying Values
Most people inherit their values without examining them. This module is about discovering yours. Whether you start from a religious framework, a yogic one, or none at all, what matters is arriving at what's actually true for you. Non-negotiables included.
3. Identifying Resources
Before building anything new, we look at what's already here. Relationships, skills, passions, location, things forgotten or set aside. There is usually more abundance present than is visible at first, and recognizing this is a key component of soul-level prosperity.
4. Shadow Alchemy
Every vision has a shadow (a natural consequence of working with Light). This module names yours and begins the work of relating to it differently, in order to understand what it's been protecting. We'll do this through Writing, drawing, and direct dialogue with the shadow itself.
5. Threshold Crossing
At some point the work asks for action, a genuine crossing over into something different. We identify the threshold in front of you, build relationship with it, and design and execute a ritual together to mark the passage. Non-appropriative practices grounded in whole-being awareness.
6. Integration & Reflection
The last module is about sustainability. What practices will carry this work forward? What's actually different? What does it mean to draw upon support and connection beyond yourself? Powerful self-reflection brings us back to the beginning, now higher in the spiral of awake evolution.
For clients who are ready to continue work together after this first 6-month experience, we'll tailor specific experiences, practices, and contemplations for a new, deeper arc of inner exploration. We'll expand and hone whatever gifts, affinities, and special interests emerge in our first six months together, while exploring ways to alchemize them into greater service, prosperity, and fulfillment.
What Wayfinding Looks Like
This is 1-1 work: personal, unhurried, and tailored to where you actually are.
We begin with a free orientation session. This is far from a sales call; rather, it's a chance to sense the work, identify what's alive and asking for attention, and decide together whether this is the right fit.
From there, the container is six to seven months of twelve sessions, held every two to three weeks. When schedules align, we'll meet on the new and full moons, moving through micro-cycles of discovery and integration. That rhythm gives the work time to settle and be lived between meetings. Depth over frequency, always. To the degree we can, we're stepping outside of capitalist, patriarchal beliefs, structures, and identities, so that we come to remember the deeper truth of who we are and why we're here.
Sessions are available in a hybrid online and in-person capacity. Due to the depth of this work, I prefer at least one session in modules 3, 4, and 5 to be in-person and ideally in a safe, immersive natural space. (In other words, at least 3 sessions must be in-person during these deeper, practice-centered modules).
I currently work with people in Western Washington and Oregon, most often between Vancouver, WA / Portland, OR and Eugene, OR (where Creative Spirit Collaborative is based).
Pricing
Two seasons together (12 sessions, 6-7 months) is $2,000 (~$170 per session).
Additional, one-off sessions are $200.
If finances are a barrier, please reach out. A sliding scale and barter arrangements are available. This work should be accessible to those who are called to it.

About Brenton
Over the last decade, Brenton has sat with the elements in some of the most alive places in North America: Big Bend deserts, Redwood forests, Rocky Mountains, PNW waterfalls, Vermont meadows, and more. Not as a tourist, but as a student. These landscapes are where the connections he'd been tracing for years finally became embodied and undeniable: the elements in the natural world, the elements in the body, and the elements in consciousness are not three different things.
That synthesis is what he brings to this work.
His practice draws from nearly two decades of study across yogic, Tibetan, Taoist, Western magical, and Christian mystical traditions — held together not by doctrine but by direct experience and genuine curiosity. The tattwas are woven through his daily life, his contemplation, his ritual practice, and his work with others through fire circles, breathwork, and guided inner journeying.
He grew up in the hill country of south Texas (which is probably where the listening started, though he wouldn't have called it that then). Along the way he's been a bartender, a janitor, a radio dream interpreter, a minister, an author, and throughout all of it, a student of consciousness. He now splits time between the South and the PNW where he serves as a teacher, healer, and guide. He believes we grow like trees and at heart, what he most loves is helping people remember their wholeness.

The Threshold
If you've read this far and feel something in you recognizing this work, that's worth paying attention to.
This is for you if you're ready to practice becoming more fluent in your own inner life and more deliberate in how you move through the outer one.
If something in you is saying yes, even quietly, that's enough to begin.
